- improvedLive totals while editing POs — Add/Remove Items on draft and review purchase orders now shows Line Total beside Invoice Cost and a live Items subtotal. Totals update when quantities, invoice costs, or products change, using the PO's invoice currency before discounts, taxes, and additional charges. These are display-only totals; Save/Cancel behavior, costing, currency conversion, and receiving are unchanged.
- addedSearch suppliers when creating a PO — find a supplier by name and sort the list A–Z or Z–A in manual PO creation and Procuro AI setup.
- fixedImproved Add Products scrolling — when editing an existing PO in Review, the product search results now scroll correctly while the search field and Cancel/Add Selected buttons stay visible, including on smaller screens.
- addedLabel printing from purchase orders — print labels for received products on partially received, accepted, or closed POs. Open Print labels from Quick Actions or the PO toolbar, choose quantities and content, and print or download PDFs in three thermal sizes or Letter/A4 sheets. Labels use live Shopify SKUs, barcodes, and retail prices in store currency, with an optional struck-through was price when the compare-at price is higher. Available on Standard and above. Printing does not change purchase orders, inventory, costs, or Shopify prices.
- addedFilter products during manual PO creation — narrow the product picker by Shopify vendor and product type, combine filters with search, and clear filters at any time. Filtering works across result pages and keeps products already added to your PO.
- addedPO Overview & Insights — accepted purchase orders now show the average recorded Shopify unit cost increase or decrease, with new items excluded.
- improvedAccepted PO line items now show Old Cost, New Cost, and Current Price before the margin columns, replacing Old Profit and New Profit.
